City Hall could not ascertain if the properties benefited from acquired rights, so I continued my research with a land surveyor, notary, etc. As a town planner, this was “right up my alley”. After considerable efforts, I succeeded in obtaining confirmation that the lands were buildable, and then listed the lots, priced accordingly. They were sold within 24 days at 96% asking price!
My training and experience as an urban planner are an asset in many situations, but more importantly … I go the extra mile for my clients!
