From our first meeting, you will appreciate my thoroughness and attention to detail. We will discuss the elements influencing the sale of your property – the factors you can control, and those you cannot. We will explore your goals in regard to the sale of your property, and will discuss them in the context of a purchase or rental of another home, if applicable.
I will review with you the real estate activity of similar properties in your neighbourhood – properties currently on the market, and those that recently sold. You will be presented with a Comparative Market Analysis, after which we will establish a strategic listing price.
We will go over the phases of the marketing and sales process. My goal is to answer any and all questions at this preliminary, yet critical stage. We will also discuss what you can expect from me as your real estate project manager, entrusted with the goal of selling your property for the highest price under the best possible conditions.
