Lessees are to replace any lost keys or fob at their expense.

The Lessee to provide confirmation of opening a Hydro Quebec account prior to occupancy.

Pets are to be approved by the Lessor on an individual basis.

The Lessee is to read and sign acceptance of the condo association by-laws prior to signing the lease.
